Make an eye-catching presentation each and every time. Custom foam boards are the professional choice when it comes to meetings and in-house promotions. It adds visual interest and impact, whether it’s used to explain sales data or to display what’s currently on sale.
These mounted posters are made of durable, lightweight 5 mm styrene foam sandwiched with smooth paper on each side. Your design is printed directly on the foam board using a four-color, UV ink process. This provides impeccable color reproduction and print longevity. You can print signs as small as 4” x 4” to as large as 46” x 94”. Foam board posters can last up to two years with proper care and maintenance.
Caring for your foam boards.
Since the foam boards are made of styrene foam with a paper face, we strongly recommend only using them indoors. Exposure to outdoor elements and moisture can compromise the sign’s integrity. Take care when handling the sign to avoid damaging the corners. Store upright when not in use. When laid flat, avoid placing heavy objects on it to avoid damage and unsightly indentations.
To clean your custom foam boards, wipe the surface with a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. If more extensive cleaning is required, you can use a citrus-based cleaner or a 70:30 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Dab the cleaning solution on a clean piece of cloth and wipe the surface until clean.

The material itself is made of styrene foam but has a paper face so it will deteriortate when exposed to moisture and the elements.
That may be out of range for a single sheet and the difficulty in shipping bigger pieces would be evident. We would suggest to break the artwork down to smaller manageable parts to make it easier to ship.
Yes, we can cut a shape like that. Please configure your specifications on the Configure and Price area and upload your artwork so we can check if follows the printing requirements (CMYK format, 250-300 DPI resolution, correct size, etc.).
If you dont have a print ready file, we can endorse you to our Design Team who can possibly create the image for you. However, they would need to speak with you directly and get your instructions to see if it is doable. Please give us a call and speak to a Design Representative for this option.
We normally select the width first but these can be interchangeable. You may upload the artwork in the size that you want and our Graphics Team will determine the correct orientation.
Yes, we certainly can print exactly as you described. Under the Configure and Price Section, you would need to click on "Custom Size" under the Size dropdown and type in the 24" x 72" dimensions. You would need to upload each design sepratey to place the order. We would need the file to be a pdf but we if not, we also accept most file types. Please make sure that your artwork is sized exactly the same as your order and has 250-300 DPI resolution for optimal printing quality.
