“I usually use Vista Print for my printing needs as they have never messed an order up, but due to a deadline, I used UPrinting. After my first experience with them, I won't be using UPrinting again. I submitted my flyer to be printed with black text and a plain white background. Once I received the flyers, grey had been added to the background as if that had been the filler color of the text boxes. The flyers were completely useless and I wasn't able to use them in time for the event. I don't know why grey would have been added behind the text, the document would have needed to be edited to have that added. It was a simple flyer that didn't need any special work and they still managed to mess it up. Disappointed to say the least. Use Vista Print, not UPrinting.”

“The 100 lb paper options available are 100 lb text paper not 100 lb cover, however this isn't specified in the options. These will give you an extremely flimsy flyer and Uprinting will absolutely not help you with problems with your order. I've ordered several other items from this site, however after this last incident, that will be my last order. So if you are expecting a thick paper flyer, do not order these.”

“I bought a 1000 flyers and business cards but they had a strong scent of chemicals in them and it's confusing all my clients because my company sells fragrances, after I spent more than an hour on the phone they said that I can send it back and they will replace it to an unscented paper, but I would need to pay additional 50% off the total cost! After heavy "negotiating" (on my opening day!!) they said that I can send it back but I will need to pay the shipping cost!! anyway I couldn't return them since it was the 1st day of my new buisiness and I had to give something to all of my customers, very disappointing! I didn't ask for a scented paper!!! very unprofessional and very bad customer service all they wanted is to charge me more money instead of helping me when needed and take responsibility. Quality of the print was decent.”

“This was the 4th order I have ever placed with UPrinting. In the past I was thrilled with the quality. However, this time the flyers were extremely disappointing. Either the paper, the ink, or the printing process has changed and now the flyers have a disgusting, very strong, chemical smell that has not diminished with time. It filled the air immediately when I opened the box. It is embarrassing to leave these flyers out for display, they smell so toxic. Very disappointing since your customer service is great and the products in years past were great, too.”

“Customer service gave me bad information on which product to order after I told them what I was looking for. I received product, I call to ask why the product did not look like what I wanted. The told me a supervisor would call me. That never happen. They told they would help me resolve my concerns. That also never happen. I will never use or refer anyone to this company.”

I need to print and bind or print on 3-hole paper 90 pages of a 1200-page *.pdf document. I only need 5 copies of the 90-page end-product. Can you do that and how much will it cost?

We can print and do the hole punching. However, this would fall under our Short Run Booklet printing and be set up by our Custom Department as the binding is not our standard offer. You would also need to submit to us the exact artwork so that would mean submitting the 90 pages in the correct order and artwork size.

If i order and say a qr code doesnt work for some reason. Can i get a replacement order

We are normally accurate when it comes to printing the QR codes. Best practice would be to request for a proof first so you can scan it on your end to make sure it works. The QR code needs to be the exact size you need it to be on the artwork so no resizing will be needed when the artwork is proofed. Also, you need to make sure that the QR stands out clearly from the background because sometimes the colors merge and will result in an error.Having mentioned these, we would need to investigate each situation to be able to judge if the error was due to printing or how we processed the image.

What paper do you use that’s equivalent to 65lb card stock?

Having checked our specifications, we do not have an exact match for 65 lb cover stock which would be equivalent to a 12 Pt cover stock. What we do have is 10 Pt and 14 Pt stock. The latter being standard for what we use for business cards and post cards.

I only need 4,300 flyers but the options jump from 4,000 to 5,000 with nothing in between. How can I get the correct quantity?

Since that is what we call an "in-between" quantity, our Custom Department has to provide the exact price. Please create an account online, add the job to the nearest quantity on the specification page, then add to cart. Give us a call and our Customer Service Representative will coordinate the price for you.
