“The printing was fine, but the folding damaged the flyers. I thought it would just be scored, but the paper was also folded, and however they did it scraped off the printing on the folded edge of every copy, leaving it white. The front of the flyer was also scraped in places.”

“I use this company for all my marketing products but I’ve have a few BIG mess ups with my orders. They are careless when it comes to packaging. With an order over 2000 flyers, more than have of them got scuffed in the delivery, along with random folds abs tears on the sides. I’m really disappointed in my recent order. I had to call it in since it was a customized order. This person wasn’t very knowledgeable when it came to what I was needing. I was charged for extra tabbing even though I specifically stated I only needed one tab. When it came to paper type and weight she couldn’t explain the difference or tell me why I should go with a heavier weight paper. I ended up going with the 80 pound paper which is very flimsy and cheap, I guess this is my mistake and now I know not to order it but honestly between the mailing process and the lack of knowledge and assistance I would not recommend using this company.”

“I purchased stickers and flyers printed on 70lb paper. While the printing on everything was perfect, the flyers have the flimsiness of 20lb printer paper. I can see the printing through the them. It is very hard to believe they are printed on the 70lb paper they are supposed to be printed on (and are much thinner than the stickers, which are also on 70lb paper, even without the backing). I sent pictures of the flyers and requested a re-print of the job (I also offered to return the flyers). I was told that a manager would reach out to me to let me know if that will be approved. I am still waiting.”

“Purchased color flyers and in general, the printing quality and paper was very good but several colors of text printed quite differently than expected (far more reddish than the expected orange) and there was only 1 very expensive shipping option. For the shipping I would rather have been offered a few less expensive options that would have taken a few more days. As it was the order was only "3 day turn-around" and it took 5 total days.”

I have a 6’1/4 x 9 flier that i need printed for every door direct mailing the artwork is done. I just need a quote on printing both sides quantity I’m looking at is 2500.

I need to print and bind or print on 3-hole paper 90 pages of a 1200-page *.pdf document. I only need 5 copies of the 90-page end-product. Can you do that and how much will it cost?

We can print and do the hole punching. However, this would fall under our Short Run Booklet printing and be set up by our Custom Department as the binding is not our standard offer. You would also need to submit to us the exact artwork so that would mean submitting the 90 pages in the correct order and artwork size.

If i order and say a qr code doesnt work for some reason. Can i get a replacement order

We are normally accurate when it comes to printing the QR codes. Best practice would be to request for a proof first so you can scan it on your end to make sure it works. The QR code needs to be the exact size you need it to be on the artwork so no resizing will be needed when the artwork is proofed. Also, you need to make sure that the QR stands out clearly from the background because sometimes the colors merge and will result in an error.Having mentioned these, we would need to investigate each situation to be able to judge if the error was due to printing or how we processed the image.

What paper do you use that’s equivalent to 65lb card stock?

Having checked our specifications, we do not have an exact match for 65 lb cover stock which would be equivalent to a 12 Pt cover stock. What we do have is 10 Pt and 14 Pt stock. The latter being standard for what we use for business cards and post cards.

I only need 4,300 flyers but the options jump from 4,000 to 5,000 with nothing in between. How can I get the correct quantity?

Since that is what we call an "in-between" quantity, our Custom Department has to provide the exact price. Please create an account online, add the job to the nearest quantity on the specification page, then add to cart. Give us a call and our Customer Service Representative will coordinate the price for you.
