All custom feather flags are washable and made from durable 4 oz. white polyester fabric, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Choose between ground spikes, cross bases, or water weight bags for flag base attachments. 10.5' and 14'' feather flags have the option to include a convenient soft canvas bag.

Feather flags and poles are shipped in the same travel bag.

“I bought a feather flag and a banner for a podium that I needed turned around quickly for a trade show and Uprinting handled both jobs quickly and easily and they are waiting for me at the trade show in plenty of time. There was some confusion in the proofing stage, but their customer service was very helpful and we were able to get things straightened out pretty easily.”

“I was glad to find this company because they print the flags as a two-sided one, where the others I have used the image is on one side and if you see it from the other side you are reading it backwards. But when I received it, the color was a copper color and our logo is orange. So I called and they reprinted it for me for free. It took a month, but when it came, it looked exactly the same as the first time. The flag is excellent quality, and comparably priced with other companies, I would just ask for a swatch before printing or be aware that the colors are more dulled than the artwork that we sent. When I called a second time, she said they would reprint it again for me, but then sent an invoice for my complimentary reprint. 2 months later, I still don't have resolution.”

“I purchased a feather flag from this company 90 days ago and it already has numerous holes in the material. The last flag I purchased from a different company lasted two years. When I called them to see if they would do anything to fix the problem, they offered me a 20% discount off my next purchase. That is absolutely ridiculous. I just spent almost $300.00 on this flag so why would I spend more money on something that doesn't even last more than 3 months. I would definitely not recommend purchasing a feather flag from this company unless you have no problems throwing your money away.”

We will print as close as possible to the color you use on your artwork which you need to submit online. We follow a CMYK color system for printing and request that your artwork has a 250-300 DPI resolution for optimal printing. There are also templates available for the size you select near the bottom of the page so you may follow our bleed and safe zone requirements.

Hi there, will the black line on the template be a separate cloth printed in black and sewn on? I want to make sure my design is centered on the printed area, and not skewed toward one side, if that makes sense. Can you please help clarify?

No. That is just to make sure the customer is aware of the area between the safe zone and trim line so that no design element will be placed there since it will wrap around the telescopic pole. It will not print black but what ever background color you have for your artwork..

There are no instructions but depending on the size, you have three or four telescopic poles that you need to connect to one another. The thinnest is slight curved and will easily insert into the sleeve of the feather flags. Then depending on the kind of base you choose, it is easy to put together and secure so that it won't fall over.

I downloaded one of your AI templates. To make the background white, do i just create a white rectangle with bleed and you cut to the feather shape? Or do I have fill a feather shape white. Probably a dumb question but wanted to be sure.

Just keep the background white (there will be no ink coverage) and insert your work using the template as a guide. What is important is the artwork is sized exactly to your order size and should have a resolution of 250-200 DPI for optimal printing. Also keep the artwork within the safe zone so none of your design elements are inadvertently cut.
