Customer Questions
The best way is to create an account online and call it in so a Customer Support Representative can help you create an unpaid order for your files to be uploaded. From there you can instruct the CSR on how the files will be set up in the Dine In Menu. Our Graphics team can then send you a PDF proof of what the job will look like before you make payment to send the job to production. Please note also that if the files are meant to be separate Dine in Menus, that would mean you need to order each set separately.
These are the options for printing on one or both sides of the page.
Based on what you have, we can certainly print that. There maybe some more specifications that need to be clarified like size, quantity and if these are just one continuous menu or three different ones that stand alone. It would be best if you can give us a call and speak to one of our Custom Representatives who can get your designs and provide you with a quote.
Ideally, we need the customer to send in the artwork and we print exactly what is sent to us. This will require you to send in the artwork in the exact size you ordered and with high resolution pictures for the best printing quality.
There is a second option if you need to access our stock images of various food themes. This is to use the Design Tool but it is not available for the Dine In Menus. As a work around, You can go to Brochures which has almost identical options for the Menus. Then please do the following:
- In the Configure and Price area, select the Size, Paper Type, Printing Side and Quantity that you need. Just below that you can see a link that says "Create Your Design Online". Do not click on the design tool until you decide on the specifications, specially the size and folding options if any.
- When you click that, this easy-to-use tool will allow you to create your menu from scratch and possibly save you hundreds of dollars in hiring a graphic designer. When you click on the "Search 90+ Million Stock Images", filter for food or what ever product you are selling and it will give you choices of hundreds of high resolution images. Since these are copyrighted, expect to purchase the images for a minimal amount whe you check out. When you are satisfied with your artwork and inserted the images you need, save the design and give us a call. It will ask you to create an account at this point, if you haven't already.
- If you have questions on completing your design (like inserting text and borders), our Customer Support agents will be able to help you and our lines are open 24/7.
We can then use your saved design for your order of Dine In Menus. Again, just be sure the size is identical or else the workaround will not be effective. You cannot change size or other specifications after you have started designing so you need to make sure everything is set up properly before you start.
We do have a design service. You would need to create an account with us and after preparing the following, please give us a call:
- Complete and detailed instructions on what you need in Word format
- Samples of layouts and designs we can use as inspiration for your design order
- High resolution images if any.
- We do not design logos
Depending on the complexity of your job, our Design Team will give you a quote. After an initial design based on your instructinos, you will be given two free revisions. It is important that your instructions are very clear as any changes may be subject to additional charges.
Your files will be reviewed for printing errors without paying a cent.
