Choose From Three Decoration Styles

Put your logo on the front, back, or both sides. The different decoration options let you create custom women’s and men’s T-shirtT-shirts everyone can wear to proudly show off your branding. It’s a great way to call attention during charity events, political campaigns, corporate assemblies, and other gatherings. The shirts can also be great merchandise that you can sell to customers or give out as tokens to loyal clients. Choose the best decoration style from these three options:

Digital Print

Digital printing uses a computer to directly apply your design on the T-shirt. Digital shirt printing offers accurate designs and vivid details that suit light colors.

Screen Print

The more traditional screen printing applies layers of ink and pressed through a stencil (the “screen”), onto the T-shirt’s surface. The result is a more durable shirt design that lasts for a long time. This method is highly recommended for designs with bright and vibrant colors on darker colored fabrics. Note that this method requires a minimum order quantity of 48 pieces.

Embroidery

Unlike the first two methods, embroidery creates a design using custom stitch patterns that are woven to your shirts. Embroidered designs create a hand-made, three-dimensional look on the T-shirts. Front-side printing is the standard, but you can add another location at an extra charge.

Prepare your custom shirt for printing

1. Pick your shirt style and brand

Choose from a variety of options, such as short-sleeved shirts, long-sleeved shirts, tank tops, performance shirts, pullovers, and classic cotton tees. We also provide shirt brands that best suit your style. From Under Armor to Nike to Sport-Tek, you can select which T-shirt brand best represents your business promotions and merch.

2. Choose your print method

On the custom shirt's product page, select your preferred decoration style. Digital printing works best for light-colored shirts, while screen printing pops better on darker ones. You can also opt for embroidery for a more premium and long-lasting design option.

3. Check your size

Use the size chart to find your best fit. If you're between sizes, go one up for a comfier feel. You can also input how many orders you want per size.

The minimum quantity depends on the type of t-shirt. You can order as little as 1 to 11 pieces for a specific unit price. The custom t-shirt’s product page will show a list of the quantities available and respective unit price.

You can create a custom t-shirt with our online design tool. Upload your logo directly to see its appearance on the shirt or design your logo in real time with available templates.

A:

Yes, you can add a design on both the front and back sides of your custom t-shirt. On the online design tool, select either the Left Chest or Right Chest location to add the text or logo on the front.

Select Back to design the other side of the shirt. Embroidered designs can be decorated with the following methods:

  • Small back embroidery is sewn below the collar on the back of a jacket.
  • Back printing employs digital, screen print or CAD to add your logo on the back. In other words, your back design is not embroidered.

The larger your order quantity, the less you spend on the unit price. For example, three pieces of the Under Armour Men’s Locker T-Shirt 2.0 costs $50.99 each, but 95 pieces would only cost $34.69 each.

The material used for t-shirt printing depends on the brand and type. For example, the Carharrt Short Sleeve Pocket T-Shirt is made of cotton jersey knit and polyester. The Billboard Crew Sweatshirt is made of 100% heavyweight cotton. You can visit the t-shirt’s product page for more information on their respective material.

You can place your design anywhere on the shirt. For visibility try positioning them on the front, back, or at the sleeves. The design tool lets you preview placement to see exactly how it looks.
