We do get requests for stickers with perforations but these are a bit costly and have a long production turnaround. If you wish to get a quote, please create an account online and give us a call to speak to a Custom Representative. The closest standard product we could offer is the Packaging Sleeve, which you could possibly reinforce on your end with transparent packing tape. We also have Packing Tape or Gummed Paper Tape. For the latter, these sometimes are used as security or tamper proof seals for packages up to 30 lbs.
The Roll Labels are not perforated. Each label is printed on a wax paper backing and spaced accordingly so it may be removed manually or by using a label dispenser.
The best way to get the exact size is to cut a piece of paper to replicate where you need the sticker to be placed. After cutting away the excess space on the paper until you get the desired coverage, measure it to get the size. You will also need this exact size when you design your artwork.
