Small flat barrier pouches like the 3.25” x 4.5” and 3.375” x 5.5” are great for storing single-serve snacks, tea, spices, and other small food items and cosmetics.
For storing small electronics and medical devices, you can use the 4” x 6”, 5” x 5.5”, and 5” x 7” pouches.
Larger food items, cosmetics, and accessories may fit well in the 6” x 7”, 7” x 9”, and 7” x 12” flat pouches.

Customer Questions
The pricing is the same if you have printing on either just the front or on both sides of the pouch. Please download the template to help you determine the printing area of the pouch.
It's just an option that may give a little flexibility for the design or presentation of the artwork. It may also be an option on how you wish the product inside to be removed from the pouch.
We checked with production but currently, we are unable to provide samples for the Pouches.
Basically the Seal options refer to where the pouch is pre-sealed and dictates where you will insert or load your product.
- Bottom Seal means that the pouch is pre-sealed at the bottom and you need to load your product at the top.
- Top Seal means it is pre-sealed at the top and you must load your product at the bottom of the pouch. For this option, Reclosable Zippers and Hang Holes are not available.
