Car Magnets

We do have a Design Team that can basically put your ideas into a design for a Car Magnet. We do have a few requirements if you should decide to go for this option:

• Complete and detailed instructions on what you need to be done in MS Word format
• Samples of layouts and designs we can use as inspiration for your Car Magnet
• If you need to insert images, they need to be of high resolution
• We don't design logos as this tends to be a very long process. However, you can get free logos online from shutterstock or other similar sites and we can edit those for you. However, we would still need to assess the quality of your file and the complexity of your request.
• We will need you to create an account on the website  and speak to one of our Design Service Representatives to set up a quote for you that needs to be paid upfront. 

In return, you will get an initial design and allowed two revisions. That is why the instructions need to be very clear as the work will be based on how we interpret your instructions. This will result in a high resolution file that you can keep and use for your branding and other marketing projects you have down the road.

You do have another option as you mentioned you may only need words and colors on your Car Magnet. You can select the size you need on the Configure and Price Section. After that, there is a link to "Create Your Design Online".  Its important you decide first the size of your Car Magnet as you cannot change this once you start your design. That link will let you access a Design Tool which is very easy to use. You can type in the words that you need in various fonts and sizes and select the background color of the sign as well as the colors of your lettering. This will save you money on design fees as it is completely free. You can also have access to thousands of themes or images that can be used for your design for a small fee as these are copyrighted.  You just need to type in the general field of your business and it will give you hundreds of images you can choose from. Yes, that is possible. However the job has to be processed by the Custom Department so you will need to call in and speak to them to set the order up. This will save time instead of  the job being held up if you do try to order it as a regular job because we would need to confirm that with you.  Please note that the price of the Magnet will remain the same even if it is completely blank.

Yes, this is definitely possible as the cutting for Large Format Jobs are very accurate. You will need to set this up with one of our Custom Representatives and it would be good to remain in contact with whomever you get assigned to for future orders of the same size.

As much as possible we would advise to have the magnets stored flat as rolling them might cause it to curl and not attach securely. You may need time to flatten them out if rolled for a prolonged period as it may be difficult to check them in without rolling it.

However, it would seem that since we do a lot of DOT and MC numbers on our car magnets, it would be possible to replicate this with our Design Tool since these are mostly letters and numerals. Please configure the size and other specifications on the Configure and Price section and look for the "Create Your Design Online" link.
