- Keep the design focused without losing its appeal. The overall look shouldn’t be too busy and should lead readers to your main image and headline.
- Use a readable font and high resolution images. Flyers are quickly scanned so a pixelated image and a confusing font will lose a customer’s interest.
- Get straight to the point. Your announcement or discount offer should be immediately seen. Use a call-to-action to entice customers and to build interest in your brand.

In this case, it is important to make sure we can meet your deadlines. Our regular printing turnaround time is three business days from the point you approve the proof or submit a print ready file. We can also do this on a one or two day turnaround depending on your schedule. Shipping transit time is also computed separately. Please fill out the specification on the Business Flyer page so you can get an idea of printing cost and then give us a call to get you started with the submission of your artwork for us to check if this is good to go.
Printing cost with those specifications would start at $521 using 100 lb Paper Gloss and with a trifold on a regular three business day printing turnaround. As stated, factors affecting price would be the type of paper, folding and rush printing. Please note, price does not include shipping and taxes.
When you do a multipage design, the total number of pages will need to be in multiples of four. In your case it will need to be either 32 or 36 pages. You may configure this in our Booklet page. You need to click on the Qty up to 200 tab so you may configure the printing cost for this (not including shipping and taxes). For 36 pages, using the 80 lb paper, the printing price is $782.04 for 50 quantity. For 32 pages, the price is $704.39. Both of these are quoted for three business day printing (shipping transit time must be counted separately).
We do have a Mailing Service where you may provide an address list and we will mail to them accordingly. The charges for mailing services are separate and you may give us a call to speak to a Mailing Representative for details. We also offer our own Mailing List depending on the demographics you need.
On the Business Flyer Product Page, Fill out the specifications of your order. The paper type you are looking for is closer to the 100 lb Paper gloss or matte if you don't need the flyer to to have the rigidness of a post card or business card material. If you do need it to be sturdy, you may go up to 10 Pt or 14 Pt Cardstock.
Once done with the specifications, click on the Upload Design link. This will ask you to upload your file after which you can select the option for a free proof. At this point, the item is in your cart and do not check out yet as this will require you to make payment. Give us a call and speak to a Customer Support Representative so he can convert your items to an an unpaid invoice so that it can go on our queue for free proofing. It is only after you approve the proof that you need to make payment so the job goes into production.
