Our custom backdrops are designed with durability in mind, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor events. However, for outdoor use, we recommend using a ballast for the stands such as sandbags.
Yes, you can print an image onto your backdrop. Before turning over the file, make sure that it is in 300 dpi resolution. Otherwise, it will appear stretched and pixelated upon printing.

The products themselves are identical in terms of the materials and stands. This just makes it easier for people searching for different types of backdrops.
We would encourage you to put even the most minimal artwork on your backdrop so it can be processed without intervention. The price for printed and blank backdrops will be the same. If you need it blank, we can do that but you would need to create an account and give us a call so this may be coordinated with production.
Once you pay for the job and the artwork is good to go (without any problems in terms of the printing quality), you have an option to choose from one to three business days before we ship out. The shipping transit time is not included in the printing turnaround so you will need to choose the shipping option based on your deadline.
Those templates we provide are actually interchangeable for both sizes dimensions. The most important guidelines of the template is the blue trim line (where we cut exactly) and the safe zone which is around 1" inside of the trim line. We would encourage you to place all important elements of the design within the trim line so it wont be cut. You have the option to extend your bleed around 1/8" outside the trim if you need your background or artwork to go up to the edges.
Yes these are normally shipped separately. The Vinyl Banner will be folded and comes in a 98" x 7" x 7" box that weighs around 18 lbs. The Stand and accesories will be in another package that is around 43" x 8" x 5" and weighs around 19 lbs.
