Aluminum Composite Options
- White Aluminum Composite– Simple but elegant, standard aluminum is a durable material suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Rust-resistant aluminum also has a semi-gloss finish that focuses on your business name or message.
- White Reflective Aluminum Composite – This material offers excellent visibility day and night. Reflective aluminum has a shiny surface that subtly bounces back light, capturing customers’ attention even from afar.
- Brushed Aluminum Composite – This is made from 3mm brushed aluminum e-panel material with UV printing. Each panel is composed of two aluminum sheets with a reinforced polyethylene core.
Solid Aluminum Options
- Aluminum – Solid aluminum provides the same benefits as composite panels but with greater durability. It is rust-resistant and guaranteed to last at least five years.
- Reflective Aluminum – This option is the best for roadside and warning signs. It has the strength and durability to withstand the elements while offering reflective capabilities that come in handy at night.

Yes, aluminum signs are built for outdoor display and can withstand the different elements they're exposed to. The thickness will depend on the material you choose. For example, the brushed aluminum composite is 3mm and the white aluminum composite is 0.008” thick but made from a durable 2mm E-panel. The thickness also varies for easy display of the sign especially along fences and other outdoor areas.

Yes they may. We would suggest you choose the gloss lamination under the Coating option for added protection from the elements. When you select the Hole Drilling option, it will ask which locations you need the hole drills to be (i.e. All corners, All Sides centered, etc.). Selecting this option will also allow you to order Silver Standoffs but if you wish to purchase your own, it is up to you.
You may request for hole drilling and purchase zip ties as accessories.
There are different options available but the most stable and elegant to look at are the Silver Standoffs which appears as an option if you select Hole Drilling. There are also options such as Velcro, Zip Ties and 3M Command Strips.
