Aluminum signs make your message loud and clear
Mark your property, direct traffic flow in a parking lot, or put your property up for sale with bulk printing aluminum signs. Durable and water-resistant aluminum signs can withstand the elements, so your message lasts long.
Available in two corner options (rounded or straight-cut), aluminum signs are lightweight and easy to set up. Add hole drilling for easy display.
With our online printing services, you can add your message to the front or both the front and back. These rust-free signs can be laminated with a gloss finish (not available for solid aluminum) to give your signage added protection. Order as few as one piece or as many as 50.
Aluminum signs should be easy to spot from a distance and withstand harsh elements. Choose from the following materials to suit your needs:
Aluminum Composite Options
- White Aluminum Composite– Simple but elegant, standard aluminum is a durable material suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Rust-resistant aluminum also has a semi-gloss finish that focuses on your business name or message.
- White Reflective Aluminum Composite – This material offers excellent visibility day and night. Reflective aluminum has a shiny surface that subtly bounces back light, capturing customers’ attention even from afar.
- Brushed Aluminum Composite – This is made from 3mm brushed aluminum e-panel material with UV printing. Each panel is composed of two aluminum sheets with a reinforced polyethylene core.
Solid Aluminum Options
- Aluminum – Solid aluminum provides the same benefits as composite panels but with greater durability. It is rust-resistant and guaranteed to last at least five years.
- Reflective Aluminum – This option is the best for roadside and warning signs. It has the strength and durability to withstand the elements while offering reflective capabilities that come in handy at night.

No, the white aluminum composite and solid aluminum materials are rust-resistant and will keep the original design looking good as new after long-term use and proper care.
Yes, aluminum signs are built for outdoor display and can withstand the different elements they're exposed to. For example, reflective aluminum is resistant to sunlight fading, while solid aluminum is wind-resistant. Check out the Materials & Specs tab for more information on each material available.
The thickness will depend on the material you choose. For example, the brushed aluminum composite is 3mm and the white aluminum composite is 0.008” thick but made from a durable 2mm E-panel. The thickness also varies for easy display of the sign especially along fences and other outdoor areas.

Customer Questions
The base material used here is aluminum which will not adhere to magnets.
Yes, you can do that. Click on the "Start with a Free Proof" link on the bottom of the order page and that will allow you to upload your file for proofing before you make payment. Make sure the size specifications, material and material color are exactly what you need before clicking on the link for proofing as these will be followed to the letter.
We can basically put hole drill where you need them to be. You just need to indicate it on your artwork by placing a dotted outline of the holes and leave a note that these are where the hole drills should be. Request for a free proof so that this can be confirmed before it goes to production..
The ideal situation is to have the file or soft copy of your design submitted to us. If this is a high resolution copy then you just need to set up the specifications of your order and upload the file. However, if you have a photo or scanned copy and for optimal printing quality, we would encourage you to give us a call and speak to our Design Team who could replicate the artwork (depending on the complexity) for a small fee.
Yes, that would mean the shape is irregular or follows the outline of your design. You need to send in your artwork in the shape that you want us to cut but you need to put all your artwork within a .25" safe zone to make sure that nothing will be cut off. Although we can do most custom shapes, we would still need to see the shape first if it is doable.
Your files will be reviewed for printing errors without paying a cent.
