“My packages were sent to the wrong address, which was more FedEx's fault than UPrinting, but their online customer service was efficient and prompt. Our project is behind schedule, but they did what they could to get our items to us without me having to contact them more than once. In terms of the print quality of the envelopes I ordered, one batch of envelopes came to me with a dithered design, and I was never informed that the design wasn't crisp. I did receive proofs of my design, but it was not clear from those proofs that the design was going to dither as well. The other two designs I'd sent were perfectly printed. The packaging was not sufficient enough to keep some of the envelopes from having bent corners, but the majority of the envelopes in each box came in perfect condition. If my client refuses the envelope with the dithered design, I will have to contact UPrinting again. However, at this point, we cannot delay our production schedule further and will need to make due with what we have.”

“I had questions regarding my envelopes being printed in color on the front and back and reached out to customer support for guidance. Customer support simply replied to me that "the envelopes will be printed with a color background" and so I took that as a yes, they will be colored on both sides, so I approved the order. Low and behold, I received 1000 envelopes that were only printed on one side. Poor communication. A lot of wasted money.”
