Promote Concerts and Parties With Custom Event Ticket Printing

Hype up your guests for your event and elevate their experience with UPrinting's custom event ticket printing. Designed to complement other marketing materials like posters and flyers, event tickets serve as passes for concerts, parties, exhibits, and auctions.

You can also use these as a physical invitation, proof of attendance or payment, and even as a souvenir that guests can keep.

Customize Tickets to Match Your Style and Event

Take advantage of our various customization options and print event tickets perfect for your style and event.

Choose From Standard or Custom Sizes

We have four standard sizes available: 5.5" x 2.75", 5.5"x 2", 8.5" x 2.75", and 8.5" x 3.5". You can also opt for a custom size if our standard sizes don't meet your preferences.

Perforations and Sequential Numberings Available

Perforations allow for easy tearing of two sections of the material, enabling attendees to keep a part of the ticket as souvenirs. At the same time, sequential numbering helps with tracking attendance and financial reports. Depending on whether your tickets are perforated or not, you can place the sequential numbering in the following areas:

It was easy...

“It was easy to make, postage is a little high, but price for tickets was good.”
What the shipping

“The tickets are great! The shipping situation not so much. They wanted to charge $219 for shipping 11 orders of tickets. Fortunately they allow to send through your own shipping account and I purchased a label for $25. Just be sure they give you the correct distribution center address... that also was inaccurate.”
They look great...

“They look great except that the numbering is in the wrong place for the Patron tickets. The placement was supposed to be the same for all three ticket denominations per my chat with a customer service rep.”
Wasn’t very thrilled...

“Wasn’t very thrilled about the fact that the advertisement shows a top image and a bottom stub and my tickets just came as one big picture no bottom stub that’s OK I guess you get what you pay for”
Design approval process...
May 15, 2022 by Joshie
“Design approval process was not as expected. Using the template provided, there were several back and forth's of trivial details that didn't seem to come across on their end. Finally, it was suggested that I upload a simple PDF of the image. I had ordered a larger quantity and it would be convenient to have them shrink wrapped so I ordered them as such in quantities of 100. Upon receipt, none of them were shrink wrapped. The final quality had approximately 300 of the 2,000 with anything from noticeable to very obvious ink splatter. I contacted support and described the situation along with pictures. They were nice enough and the saving grace of the whole situation. I received a refund in the amount I expected instead of a reprint because the purpose of the prints didn't require 100% perfection (even though that would have been nice).”

Q:
If I were to use a custom 8.5x5.5 size for my tickets, where would the perforation line be? Do you have a template for that size?
Asked a year ago by Kate
A:

Unfortunately, we don't have a template. The limitation for a one line perforation is that it should be at least half an inch away from the edges of the ticket. Otherwise, you can put it anywhere you like. The templates would have the same basic guides on bleed requirements and safe zone  for your artwork (both 1/8" outside the trim line and 1/8" inside the trim line, respectively).

Q:
Do you make tickets for class reunions
Asked a year ago by Glender A.
A:

Yes, the ticket's design will basically dictate the occasion. You just need to submit the artwork in the size dimensions you need and we will print exactly the way you sent it. Event Tickets are designed normally with perforation (easy to tear off portions for proof of entry) and sequential numbering (to document  or provide a head count of those given tickets for entry to an event).

Q:
Can yall put $20 at the top right hand coner
Asked a year ago by Fred
A:

If you mean an image of a bill then yes we can but you would need to submit the complete artwork.

Q:
what is the paper weight of 16pt vs 14pt vs 10 pt?
Asked a year ago by Eric H.
A:

Since these are all cover stocks, 16 PT would be around 130 lb, 14 PT woud be 120 lb and 10 PT would be around 110 lb.

Q:
Where exactly is the numbering. It doesn't show the locations. What do you consider the top, right etc.
Asked a year ago by Frank P.
A:

Currently, we just follow what the customer indicates in the artwork. This is usually marked by a blank rectangular box (or even with the numerals itself like 0001) as it can get complicated when there are two areas for the numbering (the other being in the perforated part of the ticket). You can actually leave a note upon uploading the file, clarifying that the rectangular box is where the sequential numbering will be.You may also call it in so that our Prepress Team will be alerted to your instructions.
