8.5” x 11” is one of the most popular booklet sizes we have; it’s the ideal size for manuals, newsletters, promotional handouts and the like. 8.5” x 11” booklet sizes are like the usual office paper size also known as letter or US letter. You can have letter size booklets with more pages ranging from 8 to 96, including front and back cover.
An 8.5x11 booklet size is printed on offset press, ensuring consistent, high-quality print. We use gloss and matte coated paper for inside pages while gloss paper or lightweight card stock is used for the booklet’s cover. To hold the pages together, have them bound with saddle-stitch or wire-o binding. Our standard turnaround time for 8.5x11 bulk booklet printing is 6 business days and 4 business days on a rush schedule.

Customer Questions
Yes, we will print whatever you submit on the file you upload. You just need to make sure that the file size is the same as your order size and the resolution is at least 250-300 DPI. A template is available near the bottom of the page which you may download and this can serve as guide for you for the technical aspects such as the safe zone and bleed requirements.
Booklets are always a minimum of eight pages. Once you need more than eight pages, the price increases. Once you wish to add more pages, it will need to be a minimum of four additional pages as basically we will insert one more sheet folded in half. Each sheet when folded has four sides and each side represents one page. This process ensures that the booklet will always have a multiple of four in terms of the total number of pages. Price will be based on the size of your booklet, the material selected and the total number of booklets.
If you just need four pages, then you should just order a Brochure that is half folded.
