Customer Questions
Please double check your order size if you need it to be 3" x 5" exactly. If you are getting reviews that this is 3.5" x 5", it would be because that is your order size and have designed your artwork at that size. Since 3" x 5" is not a standard size for the Note Cards, please go to our Custom Product Builder and set up the size exactly. Make sure to select the 14 PT Cardstock Uncoated as the Paper Type so you may write on it. Unfortunately, when you use our Online Design Tool the canvas will follow your order size and you cant change it once you start designing. You need to start from scratch with the exact order size.
The final cut size is 3" x 5". If you are referring to the template, that would measure 3.25 x 5.25 as we recommend that your background color bleeds .125" outside the trim line on each side. This will ensure there won't be any white lines between your artwork and the trim line so that the background prints to the edge. This is in contrast to your text, images and other important design elements that need to be .125" inside the trim line so that they are not inadvertently cut during production.
