1-Color Gummed Paper Tape

Our Prepress team will process artwork submitted and if needed extend the bleed 1/8" over the trim line (the customer's order size) so that the image background prints to the edge.  However, this will depend on the quality and actual size of the artwork. We can check your artwork first without you placing the order. After filling out the speicifications on the Product Page, just click on the "Start with a Free Proof" link so that your file may be uploaded and we can process and provide notes on how it will print. The main requirements for your artwork are they need to have a 250-300 DPI resolution and the printed size should be exactly the same or very close to your order size for optimal printing.

Since you have a number of questions, may we break this down:

1. The closest we have to 288 Blue is Reflex Blue. We cannot customize this to that exact PMS color code.
2.  If you are referring to the safe zone wherein the artwork needs to be placed, then the .125" increment is actually preferred. 
3.  For the questions on your artwork, the maximum print area size we have is  9.029" W x 2.8345" H and we can print diagonally.  However,   please note we only have one tape height which is 3".
4. We would prefer your file to be in PDF format.
5. For the carton dimensions and weight, we could possibly get the details for this if  we would know the exact size dimensions and quantity you are ordering.
