The number of labels you can print on a sheet depends on the size of both the label and the sheet. For basic rectangular shapes, you can print up to thirty labels 2.685” x 1” in size on a single 8.5” x 11” sheet. When designing custom shapes, just keep in mind that the labels need to be at least 1” x 1” in size and have a 0.25” from each other. Refer to the table below which illustrates how many custom-shaped labels can be printed on two common sheet sizes.

For labels printed in basic shapes, we use an 8.5” x 11” sheet. For custom shaped labels, you can choose from four different sizes: 4" x 6", 8.5" x 11", 5.5" x 8.5", and 3.5" x 8". You can also order a custom size as long as the dimensions fit inside an 8.5” x 11” sheet.

Customer Questions
There is actually a laminate which is like a coating so it would not really be compatible for printing or writing on.The only stock we have that we have seen a customer print on are the Estate Labels but these are matte paper material so they are not weatherproof.
We do have a trade program for companies like yours.
Requirements for Trade Program Application
To qualify for the 10% printing discount, customer must submit one of the following:
- EIN Certificate (Tax ID verification Letter or the SS-4 Form)
- Sales and Use Tax Permit
- Business Registration
- Business License
- W9 form (Signed by hand with EIN info.)
Note: separate documents are required for tax exemption.
You need to create an account on the website and submit your intent to apply to trade@uprinting.,com and attach the documents for processing. A trade specialist will then be in touch after 1-2 days to advise you on your application and if approved how to avail of the discount.
If each label is identical, we can do it. You would just need to submit your layout, in vector format preferably and it can be printed as a regular job. Just select the size and material you need on the Configure and Price area for roll stickers and upload your file after. You would need to make sure that when we send you the proof, you check if the barcode can be scanned properly before we send to print because we cannot be responsible for any issues down the line with regards to the barcode not being readable. If each roll sticker will be unique meaning each ISBN sticker is different, we wont be able to do it. We can print a single unique barcode with sequential numbering but this will need to be coordinated through our Custom Department so it would be better to call it in.

Although we offer paper material for our stickers, most of them don't have the best writability properties due to the coating or lamination. The best sticker types we can offer are the textured materials for roll labels. As long as we don't add any lamination to these, they can be written on. You may click the link below for reference.

To get started, kindly make sure that you are able to choose the correct specifications. In order to get that shape, kindly make sure to choose custom shape.
