Frequently Asked Questions About Sticker Singles
They both refer to the same product. Sticker singles are also referred to as die-cut stickers, because its process involves slicing through the sticker and the paper backing to cut the whole sticker according to its unique shape.
Kiss-cut stickers are only cut through the sticker, which leaves the paper backing intact. This method is best for small stickers and designs with intricate edges.
Our largest standard sticker size is 9” x 12” but we accept custom size requests up to 17.5” x 12”.
Yes, as long as you give the ink ample time to dry to prevent smudging. All our sticker paper stock can be written on with a permanent marker, but our 70 lb. label matte is also writable with a ballpoint pen.

The shape is custom which we can do but the colors you describe seems like it will be a gradient layout which increases the chances of banding or having white lines between the transition of the colors. The best way to move forward is to ask for a free proof before it goes to production so our Prepress Department can take a look at the artwork and make an assessment. Please give us a call and speak to a Custom representative.
For the cut to size (singles), we have what is called Crack and Peel backing to easily separate the actual sticker.
We would recommend going to Roll Stickers, selecting the Round/Circular shape and choosing the White Vinyl. This will be durable for every conditon as it not made of paper which will deteriorate when wet.
That would be difficult to estimate and would rely on the Production team during printing. However, if you wish for a certain number per roll, we could do that but would require a minimal set up fee per roll. Please give us a call upon before placing the order and speak to one of our Custom Representatives for assistance.
Right now, unless you specify a temperature range, we can recommend the 4 mil White Vinyl High Gloss as these can withstand temperatures between -65 ° to 200° F.
