“Here we go again! I did put my email address in the review form but I'll do it again and here is my order number 6601770. I was pleasantly surprised that the proof came in yesterday afternoon, a Sunday. Unfortunately there was a problem with it. On one of the pictures I included I had put a border around it, it was extremely thin and it could barely be seen but I couldn't figure out how to remove it so I left it. On the proof it showed up as a very thin line hardly even visible but the picture could be seen outside the border. I also decided I wanted a bigger font in one area. So I rejected the proof with instructions, one of the options given. Because I had received the first proof so quickly I assumed the second would be fast also, it hadn't come by early afternoon so I called to check on it. The CS rep I spoke to was again unhelpful. He told me that to make these changes the proof was sent to the design center and I would need to pay extra! I had a hard time with this since the problem wasnt my vault. He agreed to see if he could remove the border, he could not. He insisted the photo came with a border and it wasn't added. I explained I had added it using the website design tools. Now understand this bookmark is a Prayer card for a funeral, I am emotional and frustrated therefore not very understanding which I apologized for twice. At this point he put me on hold without saying a word. After a few minutes the music stopped and so I waited a bit more before hanging up and calling back. Now I got a nice young woman, Maricar. I initially asked for a supervisor but she convinced me she could help, which she did. It took her awhile but she did remove that border and enlarge the font I wanted increased. I wanted the name of the guy I spoke with earlier but she told me there was no record of the call, a little strange! I'm now waiting for the second proof. Again I say wish me luck!”

“I just read about 50 reviews and hardly a one had any problems. I found this website difficult to work with. First off - after uploading pics and working on project and saving it, the next day all uploads were gone. Customer service couldn't even bring back my pics. Customer service just didn't listen to what I said, I told them what I needed and they would say ok you need this and it was no where near what I had said. This happened several times with different associates. Using the Live Chat was just as disappointing. The cropping tool is nothing like cropping in other printing sites I have used and even the associate couldn't figure out how to help me. The proofing picture is so small you can't even read all the words and it would be nice to see both sides, side by side. During the order process it said turnaround was 6 business days and then the next page only offered one choice for shipping and it said arrival date and it was 8 business days later. It clearly says 24 hour customer service but then when you click live chat it says 24 hours monday thru friday and less hours on saturday and sunday. Of course its saturday after hours and I don't want to order without talking to customer service because the arrival date is only one day before I must have them for the funeral service. Obviously I haven't seen the product yet and I can only hope its as good as everyone says. Once I get them I will write another review with hopefully a higher rating and quick delivery. “The price for the bookmarks were very reasonable, and was shipped in a timely manner. The shipping cost is a little high but with the low cost of the bookmarks that made up for it. I uploaded a very high quality photo, but the photo on the bookmarks it's not even close to the quality that I would have liked.”

“I had bookmarks printed without a proof. Turned out to be not a great idea. The colors were off. Back of the bookmark look like it was printed in brown ink instead of the black submitted. Overall colors looked washed out. Ink needed servicing! This was a not a big deal for me (the bookmarks are for personal use), but they would have required reprinting if they were for commercial use. Would recommend minimally a pdf proof before printing. Hard copy even better.”
