Features

Take your message everywhere with distinct & durable vinyl stickers.

Vinyl stickers are a cost-effective way of marketing your product. Whether you’re a large company or a mom-and-pop store, stickers can help you get your message across to your target customers.

Unlike digital ads that constantly change, stickers tend to stay for a long time. When displayed, vinyl stickers serve as a personal recommendation or endorsement from your customers. In addition to increased brand exposure, stickers can also serve as standalone products that you can sell.

Ready to do some sticker marketing? We'll take care of your custom printing needs as soon as you select and upload the sticker design. Find out which are the best options for your sticker needs below.

Singles or Roll?

How you dispense your stickers depends on your desired outcome. We offer two types of stickers to suit different needs and budgets:

grommets

Singles (formerly known as cut-to-size): These are individually cut crack-and-peel stickers that make great promotional giveaways or handouts. Minimum order quantity is 25 pieces.

grommets

Roll:These are easy-to-peel stickers that are printed on a single roll of white vinyl. They can be hand or machine applied and are ideal to use on different products. The minimum order quantity is 250 pieces.

Between the two, roll stickers are easier to remove. You should get roll stickers if you need images that are positioned precisely at the center or if your artwork has a colored background.

Single stickers tend to have a variance in position due to the way they are cut. But if you have a white background, singles look just as great as the ones in rolls.

Designing an Effective Sticker Artwork

The effectiveness of your sticker marketing campaign depends on a number of things, which include the design of your artwork.
For beautiful artwork that sticks in the mind of customers, consider the following design tips:

Choose the right size and shape. Use a ruler or tape measure to get the height and width of the surface space. The sticker size should be slightly smaller than this. The shape of the sticker depends on where you want to place the labels. Follow the shape of the packaging when choosing a sticker for your products. If you're going to use the stickers for a specific promotion, you can go with any shape that fits your brand.

Make sure that the material can hold up to your needs. Not all sticker materials are created equal. White vinyl is great for outdoor use because it is water and UV-resistant and can withstand varying temperatures.

Pick colors and fonts that reflect your brand. Light-colored text works best on a dark background and vice versa. Don’t know which colors would work best for your brand? Check out our blog post about color theories to back up your design for inspiration.

Use only high-resolution images. Low-resolution images tend to be blurry when printed on stickers. Sticker images should ideally have a resolution 300 dpi.

Create a bleed for a cleaner look. Extending your background beyond the cut line prevents thin white edges from showing. This is especially useful for single stickers, where cutting machines may show a slight difference in cuts.

If you don't have artwork yet, you can use our free design tool in creating beautiful sticker designs. Otherwise, you may send in your files for proofing and we'll ensure our printing services bring out the design in the highest quality.

“We bought these stickers for the climbing team that our non-profit sponsors. The kids loved them. They are good quality, and the stickers themselves didn't cost a lot, but the shipping was very overpriced. Granted they were shipped via Fedex, but we ordered 50, and they could have easily been placed in an envelope in the mail.”

Q:
can you duplicate a vinyl sticker i have? I nee 18" x 24"
Asked a year ago by keith
A:

We would need the file or soft file as a scanned copy would not be good for printing. Please try to go to our Create Your Design Online and check if you can recreate it there by selecting images from our data base and typing in your text using  any of our available fonts. You can give us a call so we can assist you in doing this.

Q:
On a roll of stickers, are they perforated between stickers for easy tearing/separating?
Asked a year ago by MDJDCouple@aol.com
A:

There is no perforation or slits on the roll stickers. The stickers are normally laid on a glassine material or liner which has a silicone coating that the label sits on and easily be peeled off. The adhesive does not lose its effectiveness while on the liner so that when you peel it off and apply it, it is full strenght.

Q:

Asked a year ago by Lisa
A:

Please email us at customercare@uprinting.com and if your order inquiry is a standard job they will reply within the day. Custom jobs may take 24-48 hours to respond to.

Q:
Can I upload artwork with different names on each sticker or does it have to be the same artwork for every sticker?
Asked a year ago by Hannah H.
A:

Pricing is based on per design or artwork and not quantity. Each unique design will be priced as a separate order even if they have the same size and material.

Q:
If I order a roll and want 1,000 stickers is that all on 1 roll or do I get multiple rolls?
Asked a year ago by Darren J.
A:

There are some factors on the production side that help decide that, mainly the size of the sticker so ordinarily we really cannot preempt how our printer will spool your roll stickers. However, if you want a certain number of stickers per roll, it may be arranged. You can give us a call when you place the order but you can also expect an additional set up fee as well as a minimal amount for each roll.
