“I received a proof and asked that you make sure my design was centered, as it was hard for me to tell from the proof. I feel like that's something that your designers should automatically do. No one wants to receive a printed business card that has part of their logo cut off. Not happy.”

“I've purchased biz cards in the past from another company and decided to try UPrinting. If I hadn't bought them elsewhere before I'd probably think these were fine but they are a little thin and flimsy and don't seem as professional as I'd like. The print quality is good and the bleeding was done well. I'll use them but probably not buy them again.”

“After sending AI files for business cards, the original order of 100 business cards came back and looked like they had been printed on an ink jet. After I said they were unacceptable via chat with Roger, they investigated and then e-mailed an offer to reprint and expedite shipping, explaining that the quality was due to the digital printing process. In a subsequent e-mail, Roger offered I could pay the difference in quantity for 250 business cards, the minimum, for offset printing, which I agreed to pay. The offset printing quality is definitely better, but still feels like it lacks tack sharpness. Working with Roger (chat and e-mail) was fine for the initial complaint, but I'm not sure how much they read their own customer service notes. The same day he e-mailed me the offer to upgrade to offset, I responded positively via e-mail by 3:30pm EDT, which is 12:30pm on the West Coast. I never heard back from him. One of his colleagues called me around 8:45pm to respond to my INITIAL complaint; she didn't have a record of Roger's e-mail or my response and could not verify his offer that I only pay the difference in quantity upgrade for offset printing. I forwarded those e-mails to her. That was a 30 min call. At 10:44pm my time (WTF!) I received another call from a third person because they were confused about the ratings of the initial chat I had submitted and to see if I had any further follow-up. Everything resolved fine, but the whole process was not managed well from their end and I really disliked being called after 10pm my time.”
