“I've ordered several print products from uprinting.com, and generally, I've always been pleased. The print quality of my banner was very good and the materials -- vinyl and stand -- were solid. I'll definitely order more stand up retractable banners in the future.”

“The banner came in a timely fashion, and the colors were vibrant! The only downside was there were no instructions, so we could not figure out why it kept tilting forward until someone else with a similar banner showed us their was a lock mechanism. Instructions are always helpful!!”

“At first I was frustrated with the process because my jpg file was not big enough, or so I was told. I got in touch with a second customer service agent that really worked the file over and stayed with it, in order to make it work. The outcome was great. Glad that my second rep really knew what she was doing. The first rep was very nice and really wanted to help, but I think he lacked a little expertise in dealing with the file and layout process.”

Q:
Can you purchase the supporting poles by itself? I have the deluxe banner but supporting pole is bent and not usable because of strong winds.
Asked 8 months ago by Nadide C.
A:

We checked for availability and found an extra one in our Wixom, Michigan facility. We will provide you this for free  if you can pay for shipping. We will coordinate with our Custom Department and set up an order for you so please check it out within the day.

Q:
is the printed banned already placed in the display ready to use? or we have to install the posted inside the display stand?
Asked 10 months ago by naveed
A:

Yes, the banner is already rolled in the stand. You would need to set the pole up and then pull the top of the stand to hang on the pole for you to display.

Q:
There was a small silver tool with a triangular shape on one end that fell out when I unpacked the banner. What do I do with it?
Asked 10 months ago by June L.
A:

That's actually a tool used to adjust tension on the banner. However, for setting up the banner as you use it currently, there won't be any more use for it.

Q:
Does the template account for the amount of material that will not be seen in the stand? I do not want any of my graphics cut off. Previous templates I have used recommend not having important graphic 6" from the bottom of material. Please advise.
Asked 10 months ago by Angela
A:

Our Templates will show you the printing area and the Safe Zone which is around 1'8" inside of the Trim Line. As long as your artwork is within this 1/8" Safe Zone, it will not get cut off.  If you need your background or artwork to bleed to the edge, extend it 1/8" outside the trim line. Also, if any part of your artwork will get cut off as far as our graphic team will determine, you will be informed and the job will not be printed unless the issue is resolved..

Q:
Is it possible to have a banner duplicated but with different verbiage ?
Asked 11 months ago by Ashleigh G.
A:

It would depend on the file that you have. If it is a high resolution file, it would be possible. If we need to redo the entire banner, you may avail of our Design Service. Either way, please give us a call and speak to a File Specialist so we can take a look at the file. You can also use our Design Tool online to recreate your design and insert different text, background or stock images.
