The premium banners come with a wide aluminum stand with adjustable telescopic support pole setting up in any location easy and fast.
Choose from two materials to print your artwork in full color:
- UV fabric – If you want photo-quality colors on your banner, polyester is the best material to use. Graphics are printed through dye-sublimation, so the colors are crisp and vibrant. Polyester is also scratch-resistant and best for indoor use.
- 13 oz smooth matte vinyl – Vinyl is a waterproof and fade-resistant material that can last for years. It’s perfect for outdoor use since it can withstand harsh elements better than fabric. The addition of a matte coating prevents glare, making your message easy to read even from afar or in brightly lit areas.
With very little assembly required, these premium retractable banners are perfect as standalone advertising or for complementary marketing.
To Assemble: Simply remove the banner and stand from the soft carrying case, extend and lock the pole, and pull the banner out.

Q: Which material is best for outdoor use?
A: 13 oz smooth matte vinyl is ideal for outdoor use. It’s water and tear-resistant, so your message will remain visible for a long time.
Q: Are custom graphic sizes available?
A: We currently do not offer custom sizes for premium retractable banners.
Q: What’s included in the order?
A: Each premium retractable banner order includes one (1) aluminum stand, one (1) single-sided banner, and a traveling bag.
Q: Can I add LED lights to my banner?
A: You can. Simply select ‘Yes’ on the dropdown to add lights to your order. Note that this is only available if you select UV Fabric as the material.
Q: How soon will I receive my banners?
A: The printing time for premium retractable banners is 1, 2 & 3 business days whether you order one piece or 50 pieces. This does not yet include shipping, which may vary according to state. Customer Questions
For the Premium Retractable Banners, a rigid carrying case is also included and is actually shipped inside the case..
Once the base is set up with the support pole fully extended and inserted into the stand, you should be able to to pull the banner up and attach the locking mechanism to the top of the pole.
If you are having a problem retracting the banner from the base, you will need to open the mechanism using the key and check if there is any blockage or physical damage that may be causing the banner to jam. If the damage or blockage cannot be seen visually, you need to call us so we can further trouble shoot and replace if necessary.
Although we do not supply replacement parts, there are suppliers online who can give you options for banner stand parts and accesories. Just make sure you order the right dimensions.

The UV Fabric will automatically be shiny and susceptible to glare. You may wish to use the 13 oz smooth Matte instead. However, if you wish to use the UV fabric, our Graphics Team has recommended to use more neutral colors like grey, beige or off white as your background to minimize glare.
