“These should not be used for retail sleeves. They advertise "Thick, substantial paper" but this is the same thickness as expensive copy paper. It does not hold a corner as pictured, but due to its lack of weight, flops around. If ordering, think of yourself taking a piece of fabric and running it around your packaging. Do not expect it to hold corners.”

“I placed my first order on tracking for the order showed the item was delivered on 02/04; however, I never received the item. The company reprinted and reshipped the order which I received on 02/07, but it did not fit the box I have. I reached out to the company on 02/07 to inquire about the sizing to which I was asked to send the measurements of the boxes I have so that I could further assist. I sent the measurements to a rep via email and he has not responded to me in almost 3 weeks. I followed up with him via email on 02/11, and when I did not hear back I reached out again on 02/17 requesting to speak with a manager, still nothing. I did a live chat with another rep and requested to speak with a manager, she denied my right to speak to a manager and informed me to wait until the previous rep responds. It is 02/25 and the previous rep still has yet to respond! I escalated again and requested that a manager call me, when they did they asked for the measurements of my boxes again, although I had previously provided it. The manager told me I need to use a tape measure to wrap around the box and provide him with those measurements, when I told him I did not have a tape measure he told me I need to get one---this means that after 3 weeks of waiting on a response I now have to spend money to get measurements on a box that I already sent this company! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Poor customer service across the board from design to print. I thought I ordered sleeves that would go on our to-go meal containers turns out it was just bookmarks. I literally got bookmarks for sleeves. Quite disappointed as I made two different orders. The other package has'nt arrived yet but it will be interesting to see if I got what I actually ordered.”

Q:
Does choosing it without the Peel and Seal mean you must tape it closed your self or is this a different sort of adhesive?
Asked a year ago by Joe
A:

Hi Joe,

If we do not choose peal and seal. The packaging sleeves will not come with any adhesive on them but just the printed sleeve and you would need to put tape on them.

Thanks,

Q:
Are there fold indicators when printed?
Asked a year ago by Sierra
A:

The packaging sleeves will be shipped flat and I'm afraid there is no fold line/scoring for the area where it needs to be folded. We would be happy to check if we can customize the order or provide you with alternative options available to meet your printing needs!

Q:
How do I measure the packaging sleeves?
Asked a year ago by Michelle
A:

You need the measure each panel and each measurement will be the value of the width, then you will need to add all the measurement of the panels to get the total width of the sleeve. The height is basically how tall you would like the sleeve to be.
