The quality on...

“The quality on the cards I had printed was mediocre. I was a bit disappointed as it had speckles and and you can see white space where it should not be. The way it was packaged was also not great. The envelopes were rubberbanded and caused them to have a crease as well as the cards. Looks very cheap. The small 2.5in x 2.5in business cards I had done look great though.”

“The website was great! Very easy to use. Unfortunately the product was something I basically could print at home. Instead of using cardstock, which traditionally I have gotten from other printers, it was just a very heavy weighted paper that my personal printer will handle. Also, at the top and edges of the fold, the ink was scratching off. When they packed them, they didn't put them in anything to keep from Rolling so all the cards had a weird roll in them. Out of the 25 cards I ordered, about 10 of them couldn't be used. Thankfully I only need 10 to begin with. I will probably continue to use Kinkos because I can get same-day print jobs and much better quality for a small amount more.”

“This was my 2nd order with Uprinting. I was very, very disappointed. The first order was for slick post cards. That was okay. The second was for a custom greeting card on matte. There was virtually no difference between the slick and the matte. The client rejected the cards. I got stuck with them because Uprinting would not recognize the dissatisfaction. Got a big run-around from the "investigation".”

Q:
Good morning ma'am/sir, may I ask if you were doing personalise gift cards? Thank you
Asked a year ago by Kablon F.
A:

We do not do actual Gift Cards (or prepaid debit cards) but we do have Gift Card Holders or Gift Certificates and Gift Certificate Holders

Q:
Why does your 7x5 folded cards no longer have an A-1 env. choice? I?ve purchased them from you in the past for thank you cards, holiday cards, etc.
Asked a year ago by Graphics D.
A:

The size of the envelope that comes with the card is A-4 (4.25" x 6.25") White which is why the smallest size avaialble for the envelope are the ones with a folded size of 4" x 6".

We would be happy to check if we can customize the order or provide you with alternative options available to meet your printing needs!  We need to know the full specification of your potential order for us to provide you with accurate pricing. You may enter the full specifications here:

Q:
Can we have a photo of our Church on the front of the card? Can a message be printed on the inside?
Asked a year ago by linda k.
A:

You can definitely submit a PDF copy of the artwork that you would like us to print. You may choose inside and outside printing and submit the print ready design in a PDF format. The artwork that you will submit should be in CMYK color mode due avoid drastic color changes when we process your file. Also, changing your artwork to CMYK will ensure the accuracy of the colors in the finished printout. We can send you a digital proof for your to see how it's going to look like before we send it to press.

Q:
We want to draw on the greeting cards using a marker or color pencil to add personal touch to the cards, is that possible with matte coating? Or should we choose the uncoated option?
Asked a year ago by Joseph
A:

Hi! Thank you for your question! We can definitely help you with your printing needs! If you wish to write on the cardstock, uncoated is the best choice. You may also opt to get our gloss or matte material though excellent  writeability is not guaranteed. If you will be using a permanent marker, it'll need sufficient drying time.
