“I loved that I was able to have complete control of my design and utilizing their Photoshop template was a tiny bit challenging at first (I originally had the layout in InDesign) but their customer service was first rate and they answered my questions right away. I received a thick and matte cardstock which was exactly what I was looking for and the image was printed in high-resolution and no pixels to complain of. I only wished they could send the cards folded.. we ordered 500 cards which was a lot of labor for us to score with a bone folder. It is the only thing that may keep us from ordering our holiday card with uPrinting next year. If that wasn't an issue they would absolutely receive 5 stars, so maybe that's not a problem for you.”

“I have never had customer service like I did with UPrinting. I called 5 times and every single time, the rep was different and just as accommodating and truly nice. I ordered notecards - matte. The print quality was excellent. The card and cutting, however were not. I ordered 100 notecards and about 15 of them were smeared with black stuff on the inside. The cuts were not clean but bent from a dull blade, most likely. That is exactly what it looks like. They are also not folded even - the front is shorter than the back (the bottom edges do not line up).”

“My order of Greeting Cards was printed nicely, however, they were packed so tightly that a majority of them were curled! Also, the shipping costs are outrageous. Your printing costs are way cheaper, but your shipping costs are two or three times higher than other printing companies.”

“The greeting cards were thank you cards for our wedding. The color was good and the paper quality was really nice, however there was a few that were scored improperly. The fold line was in the middle of the front or back of the card instead of on the actual fold line. It was only a few, but I am glad I ordered extra.”

Q:
Good morning ma'am/sir, may I ask if you were doing personalise gift cards? Thank you
Asked a year ago by Kablon F.
A:

We do not do actual Gift Cards (or prepaid debit cards) but we do have Gift Card Holders or Gift Certificates and Gift Certificate Holders

Q:
Why does your 7x5 folded cards no longer have an A-1 env. choice? I?ve purchased them from you in the past for thank you cards, holiday cards, etc.
Asked a year ago by Graphics D.
A:

The size of the envelope that comes with the card is A-4 (4.25" x 6.25") White which is why the smallest size avaialble for the envelope are the ones with a folded size of 4" x 6".

Q:
Can we have a photo of our Church on the front of the card? Can a message be printed on the inside?
Asked a year ago by linda k.
A:

You can definitely submit a PDF copy of the artwork that you would like us to print. You may choose inside and outside printing and submit the print ready design in a PDF format. The artwork that you will submit should be in CMYK color mode due avoid drastic color changes when we process your file. Also, changing your artwork to CMYK will ensure the accuracy of the colors in the finished printout. We can send you a digital proof for your to see how it's going to look like before we send it to press.

Q:
We want to draw on the greeting cards using a marker or color pencil to add personal touch to the cards, is that possible with matte coating? Or should we choose the uncoated option?
Asked a year ago by Joseph
A:

Hi! Thank you for your question! We can definitely help you with your printing needs! If you wish to write on the cardstock, uncoated is the best choice. You may also opt to get our gloss or matte material though excellent  writeability is not guaranteed. If you will be using a permanent marker, it'll need sufficient drying time.
