“We ordered some magnets in a custom size that looked beautiful, but didn't stick well to metal surfaces for some reason (maybe too warped, maybe a quality issue with the magnet material, maybe our custom size was too large for the type of magnet material - who knows). I spoke with JulieM at customer service, who was very thorough in making sure she understood the issue and very clear in explaining how they would investigate the problem. She offered me a reprint with expedited processing, which I received even faster than expected, and the replacement magnets worked great and looked very nice. Maybe stick with business card size and don't go larger. Print quality was great (and has been on other projects we've sent to UPrinting as well), and customer service is excellent.
