Door Hangers

“Over the years I have ordered many print jobs through UPrinting. This is the first order I have received that was printed poorly. I have ordered these same doorhangers with great results but this time the color was washed out. The PDF proof I was sent was right but the final printed pieces were not.”

“I am waiting to hear back from a manager. I filed a complaint with customer service on Tuesday, March 8th. 2 of my 4 boxes had a fiber or something on the printer as my photos has red fiber circles in all different places and I needed the door hangers for an event this week.”

“My previous order of some simple flyers looked great so I felt good about ordering these door hangers. I was very upset when I opened the box and every single one of the door hangers looked horrible with very faded colors. There was no vibrance to any of the colors. I had these designs also printed locally for some rack cards and there is no comparison between the two on the quality of the printed colors. I understand slight differences from printer to printer, but these door hangers looked like they'd been sun-bleached for weeks before being shipped to me. I am not confident enough to order anything in the future based on this experience.”

“I ordered 3 different products for company gifts. I called because one of the items delivery date kept changing and I needed the items on the original date, so I called. After attempting to reach them four times In two hours later, I was finally able to talk to someone. He informed me that all of my images on all three products were low resolution. I asked to swap the images for different images since their website never notified me that the images were low, and they refused. If I wanted to change the images to high res then I needed to re-purchase the items and wait again for the production time turnaround. Even though I talk to them the day after purchasing the items online, so they weren’t even in the works yet. I ended up spending $1300 plus for items that arrived with low quality images because their system NEVER notified me and the proofs looks crisp and great. Used two different companies to redo the order in quick turn around time- these items look AMAZING and came in $600 less than Uprinting with 1-2 days production. I sent multiple emails and called to get a refund ahead of production and delivery and they flat out refused. Waited until after one of my items shipped to say “we can’t refund because the items shipped” and now I have a bunch of blurry garbage. They quality of the items I received was also below what I received from other companies. Run from these people as they just want your money and produce horrible products. They don’t care about making quality work, are rude and run a poor company that just wants your money.”
