A windowed version is also available. Print from 250 to 100,000 copies and have them ready for shipping in 2 to 3 business days. Meanwhile, full color envelopes are printed on a 70 lb. uncoated paper and a choice of commercial or square flap with side seam. Quantities range from 250 to 20,000 prints and can be ready for shipping in 4 to 6 business days.

“We've experienced other minor issues with Uprinting in the past. We uploaded a design with interior elements and discussed this with the excellent customer service team. However, what we received did not contain the same elements. While the customer service has always been topnotch, the printing service has not.”

“When they warn you that your image is too low res and you need to print it before approving, print it out and take a good look! Don’t just rely on eyeballing a digital ”proof” To save time before approving! Not sure how different browsers impact ease of use for uploading image to these envelopes, but I had a hard time placing the image on the right spot on the envelope. Now I have 200 envelopes I can’t and won’t use; they look terrible. :-( I have had great quality printing to 2-part NCR paper, however.”

“I put an order in for a large amount of envelopes and submitted a proof which came back to me clear. After approval of the clear proof I received the envelopes and was surprised to find the images were blurry and not like the proof I had approved. I contacted customer service and was only offered 50% off my next order. The Uprinting website clearly states re-printing of poor product, which was refused due to the proof being approved. If the proof looked anything like the product I received I would have never approved this order. I will never order from Uprinting again and refer as many people as far away from them as I can.”

“I ordered business envelopes for a client. Prior to purchasing I reached out to ensure they could do full bleed printing on them. They assured me they could. When they arrived, they were not full bleed so I reached out to have them reprinted. Although they said they wanted to address the problem ASAP, I haven't heard from them since.”

no peak #10 window
Asked 3 months ago by STEVEN L.
A:

Our # 10 Window Envelope option is available in the Full Color option.

Q:
Are these envelopes machineable/safe to use through a mail house machine for inserts?
Asked 5 months ago by Tiffany
A:

These are standard #10 envelopes which should be ok for printing on. The best way is to order our free Standard Offset Sample Kit and leave a note to include the #10 so you can test it on your end.

Q:
Do any of your templates have actual guides in them? All of the ones I have downloaded for Illustrator only have an image of the product shape, no guides or assets to snap to.
Asked 9 months ago by Claire
A:

The templates available only have the dotted line inside of the rectangular shape that indicates the safe zone which all of your artwork must be inside of. The One Color envelopes do not allow for a full bleed and all artwork must be 0.0625" from the edges.  The Full Color envelopes do allow for a bleed and you can extend  the artwork 0.125" outside the trim line for the artwork to go to the edge.

Q:
I would like to custom order envelopes #10 (4.125" x 9.5"). I have examples of what I would like printed on the front. Can you design and send me a proof to order. I would like 1,000. Please respond to email for me to send my example files.
Asked 10 months ago by Jonathon S.
A:

We can do certainly design and print your envelope. However, we would need you to please create an account first on the website and contact us through voice or chat so our Agents can brief you on the process and design fees.
