When to Choose Singles or Roll Labels
Singles (formerly known as cut-to-size) labels are normally ordered in quantities below 250 pieces. These are individually cut and applied by hand on a small number of items. You can order at least 25 singles labels in one order.
Roll labels are placed on bulk quantities. One roll can fit in a label dispenser for fast, automated application on at least 250 items. This format is recommended for businesses that need to label hundreds of items within a limited timeframe.

Permanent Self-Adhesive That Sticks on Your Packaging Forever
Most materials come with a permanent, all-purpose adhesive back that sticks to almost any surface. It can adhere to most corrugated, paper, and plastic substrates. Before applying, make sure the surface is dry and clean to ensure easy and permanent adhesion.
The adhesive on roll labels is so permanent that it’s impossible to remove completely without being destroyed. Total removal will also leave a residue on the surface it’s applied on. The adhesive can withstand temperatures as low as 25oF to 35oF. But we also offer a removal white BOPP label that you can reapply to a clean surface.
Customizable Colors, Shapes, and Finishes to Complete Your Look
The standard square, rectangle, circle and oval shapes are available. Each shape comes in various sizes that fit small, medium, to large containers. You can also design in other fun shapes such as heart, arch, and starburst for singles labels.
You can also design in the four standard shapes for roll labels. But if you need a label in a die-cut shape, you may select “Custom” as your option. From there, select your ideal size from the list.
Add a protective finish to your label. Matte is perfect for rustic, natural leaning designs. It also makes text more readable, ideal for food containers with long lists of ingredients and storage instructions.
Gloss provides a vibrant shine that brightens up colors and have a mirror-like finish.

Bleed shows the edges of the entire file. You need to extend your label’s background color or image up until this line so no white lines appear in the final print.
Trim is where we will cut to achieve your chosen size. This marks the final cut of your printed design.
Safe zone contains all important details on your label design. It contains your company name or logo, product identifier, and other details that your customer will read in the final print. Do not place any important text or images beyond this area, otherwise it will be cut in the final print.

Yes, we do have a Non-profit Program which allows the organization to a 10% discount off printing cost. The user will need to register the email address to be used online. Then email the organization's 501(c)(3) form with the Subject UPrinting NPO Application to ucommunity@uprinting.com
You may expect a reply in one or two business days. Once approved, each time you place an order the discount will apply in the invoice.
For your second question, please set up your account and go to the product page. Set up the order with the size, material and other specifications and type in either 500 or 1000 to the quantity needed and upload your file. Do not make payment. Give us a call at 888.888. 4211 and speak to a customer service representative who will convert your quote into an unpaid order with the correct quantity and shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we cant run less than 100 pieces at a time. However, we do have a free Standard Offset Sample kit. These contain sample product labels using the materials we offer (Gloss & Matte White Paper as well as the Gloss & Matte White BOPP) and printed on our offset and digital presses.
Unfortunately, we cannot print at the back of our stickers.
Our strongest material is the White BOPP which is waterproof and tear resistant. The Gloss White BOPP is designed for outdoor use so it is durable enough for different kinds of conditions. We would encourage you to get a sample first as it is included in our free Standard Offset Sample Kit.
