We can assure you that we take the utmost care in packing our products to prepare them for the shipping journey to prevent damage. There may be instances of extreme weather conditions that possibly effect the delivery by our couriers (we use Fedex, UPS and occaisionally the USPS) but they are our partners in ensuring the packages are delivered securely and on time.
