They are shaped like a pillow and can be opened and closed by pulling and pushing down on the side panels–no glue required.
If you think that these boxes can only be used for packaging on-the-go food staples like apple pies and pita wraps, you are mistaken. Our pillow boxes are great for a variety of products such as apparel, candies and chocolates, cosmetics, health and wellness products, and more. These boxes also make great gift boxes for holidays and weddings as well as promotional boxes used for sending out free samples.
Customize, Design, and Order Your Boxes in One Place
Your packaging should be custom fit to your products, not the other way around. Our pillow box can ensure this by giving you the option to customize its size. Box dimensions can be altered based on the following ranges:
Length: 3" to 12"
Width: 3" to 8"
Height: 0.75" to 2.5"
Aside from size, you also have the option to choose 18 pt. SBS or 24 pt. SBS for the material of your pillow box. SBS or solid bleached board is a superb material that is suitable for high-quality prints. Pair it with a special coating such as aqueous coating, glossy UV, matte UV, glossy + matte UV, or soft touch lamination, and you’ll get a sturdy pillow box that looks and feels premium.
Adding your personal touch to the design of your box is also a breeze at UPrinting. Yes, you can. The maximum size of our pillow box is 20” (length) x 20” (width) x 26” (height).

Yes, of course. After customizing the dimensions of your box, just select No Printing (blank) under Printed Sides to order pillow boxes that have no prints.
No, there isn’t. You may order a sample pillow box if you want to check the size and quality of printing before ordering a large batch.
No, it won’t. Our standard printing time of 15-20 business days won’t change regardless of the number of boxes your ordered.

Unfortunately, not all of the products may be designed using the design tool unlike the Mailer and Product Boxes. For now, we can only offer the die line template of the size you indicate for the Pillow Boxes. This will guide on where to place your artwork and where the trim lines and safe zones should be. After you configure your size and place an unpaid order, the die line will be emailed to you. If you feel you need professional assistance for the actual design, then we can offer our Design Service which you may call in for a quote.
