Small flat barrier pouches like the 3.25” x 4.5” and 3.375” x 5.5” are great for storing single-serve snacks, tea, spices, and other small food items and cosmetics.

Customer Questions
Yes, the material is FDA approved for contact with food. However, due to the basic functions of the material in protecting and preserving its contents for safe delivery to customers , the products are not graded as recompostable. The 3 mil EVOH Coex material used is a multi layered fim and although some layers are recylable, there are no scientific claims that these are fully recyclable.
We have been advised that we should stick to the sizes offered on the website. However, we would like to submit your specifications to our Production Department for confirmation. Please create an account and add a Pouch order to your cart with the closest size to your need. Give us a call to speak to a Custom Representative at 888.888. 4211 so we can take a look at your artwork and edit your cart item to provide an accurate quote.
We do not have specifications for the inner dimensions as the table we have is normally for the capacity or volume. We would encourage you to get a sample of the pouch by going to our Sample Kit section for Large Format jobs and indicating in the comment field for a 7" x 12" flat pouch. If it doesn't fit, please give us a call and speak to a Custom Representative as our production department would have to clear any size outside of the standard specifications on the website.
Yes, if you refer to the table towards the middle of the product page, this describes what kind of products you can use, how much it can store and the size of the pouch you need. All three materials offered are positive for packing liquid and food products.
