Yes, you can request to view and approve the folded postcard design before it proceeds to production. After selecting “Upload Your File & Order Now” on the online calculator, choose “Wait - I want to receive and approve a free PDF proof” under the “Proofing Option” section. You'll be emailed a link to your PDF proof. We will only send the file to production once we have received your online approval.
We accept file submissions in the following formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, and PUB. Other important file specifications to review before sending are:
- Set the file's color mode to CMYK.
- Make sure the design is applied according to the following print guidelines:
- Safe zone - Do not place important text or images beyond this dotted area.
- Trim line - Indicates where we will cut to achieve the indicated size. Make sure to apply the background color or image up to this point.
- Bleed - Extend your artwork to the edge of this line. It is measured at 1/8”.
- All images and text should have a 300 dpi resolution.
