“The business cards I get from Uprint are always beautiful but their lack of shipping options and final shipping cost is outrageous. It's added late in the order process and can be half the cost of the print job. Great quality business cards but this Uprint is completely out of touch on their shipping charges.”

“I had to order one set of cards the day after placing two other orders. I called to ask them to combine the orders so that I was just charged one shipping rate. I was told both via email and phone that they could not combine the orders and they had to ship separately at the quoted, VERY unreasonable rate of nearly $20 to ship 250 business cards that would easily fit in an envelope. As it turns out, I DID receive the orders all together in one box, so they did just pocket the additional money for shipping the second order and did not credit my account. Additionally, I got these exact cards from another company before and the ink was much darker and more bold from another company. The ink seemed slightly faded on the cards from this company.”

“This is the second time I used UPrinting because my first experience was great .This second time however was a bit disappointing. I order 1000 business cards that were European sized 2.125" x 3.375". I received a long cardboard shipping package, and thinking that the cards will be packed in maybe three serrate boxes inside the shipping package, I tapped the package to get the cards out and quarter of the cards spilled out. All 1000 cards where loose in the package, and not boxed, wrapped, or rubber banded. So I had to get all the cards back in the shipping package and find a storage area in my office to store this long package. Also, the printing was not perfect, I the black toner was low or something because there was smudge mark on all the cards that I looked at. I don't want to reorder because frankly that is such a waste and bad for the environment.”
