Deliver Your Goods in Sturdy, Well-Designed Custom Corrugated Boxes
Corrugated boxes are the standard packaging for items sent through the mail. The corrugated cardboard uses fluted sheets to protect your items from impact in transit. Your products arrive safe and sound in a custom box design. Create a fresh minimalist look on the white corrugated cardboard or stick to the classic Kraft (brown) option. You can preview the overall look and modify it in real-time with our online design tool.
Types of Corrugated Boxes
Are you an e-commerce company or subscription-based brand that sends out items regularly?
Mailer boxes can fit several items of different shapes and sizes. They come in the standard roll end front tuck with dust flaps. No glue or tape needed for the box’s assembly.
Shipping boxes offer a larger capacity for large deliveries. The sturdy cardboard protects your items in transit, while also keeping your brand presentable upon receipt.
School boxes let you reach out to students despite the distance. Customize their graduation boxes or create prom boxes that can bring the celebration to their home.
How to Customize Your Corrugated Cardboard Box Design
Specify your box’s width, height, and depth based on a wide size range.
Get the exact dimensions for your box from a variety of dimensions available per box type:
- Mailer box – width from 2” to 25”, length from 3” to 25”, and depth from 1” to 15”
- Shipping box – width from 2” to 29”, length from 2” to 30”, and depth from 2.5” to 32”.
- School boxes – width from 2” to 25”, length from 3” to 25”, and depth from 1” to 15”.
Create a look consistent with your brand’s image.
Corrugated cardboard can be printed in three professional-looking colors:
- Standard white has a rustic, uncoated finish. Perfect for simple and straightforward mailer or shipping box designs.
- Premium white has a brighter finish that suits luxury brands. The smooth surface elevates the high-end experience your items have to offer.
- Kraft (brown) has the familiar, classic color of most corrugated cardboard boxes. Perfect for organic products and other nature-based items.
Want to see a sample of your box before proceeding with a larger quantity? Select 1 as your quantity and we can produce the custom box in 5 business days. We’ll print a box based on your submitted design.
You can also indicate your specs and a dieline will be sent for you to apply on your ready-made artwork. A dieline shows how your box laid out flat and includes guidelines on where to place the different design elements. Check out this FAQ page for more information on dielines.

What is the difference between corrugated and non-corrugated boxes?
Corrugated cardboard is composed of a fluting medium sandwiched between two paper liners. Unlike non-corrugated boxes, it is composed of three layers that are still lightweight yet resilient. The layered material allows it to absorb impact, shock, temperature change, and moisture while it’s on transit.
Non-corrugated cardboard offers less rigidity compared to its corrugated counterpart. Although they come in different levels of thickness, you’ll have to protect items inside with other materials like bubble wrap if they’re delivered in transit.
