If you want to print a design on the packaging, you can customize mailer boxes or stand-up pouches. You can set mailer boxes in the exact dimensions of several cookies delivered or bought directly from your store. These boxes are made of durable corrugated cardboard that can withstand transit across distances. Start with 1 sample box to ensure you have the size, finish, and the overall look you need.

You can create the cookie packaging box design from scratch using the 3D online tool. Input your specifications on the online calculator, and the design tool will load the box's flat layout based on the measurements.

Stand-up pouches come with expandable bottom gussets once filled out. These are perfect for cookies you'll be displaying inside your bakery, restaurant, or store. The gussets allow each pouch to stand on its own. Sizes range from 1 oz. to as big as 16 oz., depending on the quantity of your baked treats.

Labels and stickers are easy to apply on blank containers such as boxes, jars, or pouches. Both adhesives come in cut-to-size or rolls. Choose a format that will suit the quantity and application of each branded label or sticker.

• Cut-to-size stickers and labels are individual pieces that can be applied easily with your hands. These are usually ordered in quantities under 250 pieces to track the number of stacks used and placed on your packaging.
• Roll labels and stickers are ordered in high amounts above 250 pieces. One roll fits an automatic label dispenser, so they're perfect for fulfilling large orders of your cookies.

Create writable or coated packaging labels, depending on how you will design the branding of your containers. You can print labels made of 70 lb. label if the cookie packaging will only be used indoors.

Otherwise, we suggest printing your labels in white vinyl for packages that you'll sell outdoors. If your cookies require refrigeration, any of the BOPP materials are your best bet. These materials are waterproof, oil-resistant, and chemical-resistant.

For a more elegant touch, textured estate options are also available under the roll format. These are temporarily water-resistant and provide a luxurious look more upscale brands may need to appeal to their market. These can also be refrigerated for a short period and maintain the fresh print of your cookie packaging.

To ensure accurate production, we let you create custom boxes using the 3D online design tool. Access the tool through the mailer box, and you'll be shown the flat layout next to the 3D preview of your design. If you have a print-ready design for your mailer box, request a dieline template. We'll send a PDF file showing the correct panels on your box's flat layout. Use this to apply the different sections of your design. The file guide ensures an accurate production, and no details are missed upon manufacturing your mailer box design.

How soon can I receive my cookie packaging order?

The arrival of your order will depend on the production time and the location of your recipient's address. Your cookie packaging is shipped after the selected printing time. To find out how soon you can receive the items, go to "Estimate Shipping & Delivery" and input your ZIP code. Several arrival dates will appear based on your location.

Can I review the design file before it's sent to production? 

Yes, select "I need a PDF proof" after uploading your file (for stickers, labels, pouches, and plastic bags) or after selecting "add to cart" on the box online design tool. We will only send the file for production after receiving your online approval.

Can I save more with a bulk printing order?

Yes, the larger your order quantity, the lower you spend per unit. The online calculator will update the total and unit price according to your chosen specifications. For custom boxes, amounts are listed with the discount percentages.
