“Ordered circle business cards to hand out at an event. The proofing department kept unnecessarily changing my design which caused a delay. Waited another 2 weeks for printing and delivery. Opened the box and the cards were cut unevenly. The die cut was so off that it had cut the border off one side of the card and left a huge amount on the opposite side. Tried calling customer service and was told that a manager would contact me within 24 hours. If u printing was concerned about helping me out, they would have offered to remedy the problem immediately. Instead you are sent to customer service agents in the Philippines who do not help at all. Thanks for putting me in a situation where I have horrible product to hand out at an event.”

“Off centered, hard to get away from an off-centered round design. This has happened on two orders. First order, thought it was a one time thing, decided to give it another try, but second order came out just as bad. This product needs to be removed because it is unacceptable. That being said, I've been satisfied w/ uPrinting on other products.”

“I've left a review already, but to continue my frustration, the product was awful. Slow turnaround time, each card was off-centered in a different way. The only good thing about the experience was the fact that the customer service was great, and the refund was fast. I needed these cards for back-to-back events, and because of the amount of time it took to get to me, I did not have time to order more. I showed up to the events with no business cards, looking completely unprofessional, and lost potential clients because of this. I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated.”
