Customer Questions
All our paper stocks are white with varrying degrees of brightness. To achieve your desired output, you need to provide the background color and we will print your artwork as such. For this product, you would need to select front and back printing and apply the background color to both sides. Please note we don't guarantee color matching and we will print as close as possible to the color you submit. Also please be advised that we use a CMYK color system in our printing process so it would be best to make sure you use the same in the design of your artwork.
We put a lot of effort into the packaging of not only our letterheads but every product we print. Box sizes are selected based on the size of the printed items to make sure there is a minimum space for movement. We use a variety of paper fillers, corner protectors and industrial packing tape to make sure the boxes can safely make it to our customers.
When we hear about complaints about poor packing and the materials being damaged and crumpled, we ask for pictures of the box and how the items were stacked. We can tell immediately if these were our boxes or if the shipping vendor may have repacked these after damaging the package.
Unfortunately, we do not design logos from scratch as this would tend to divert from our core business to print quality print products. We can help enhance the logo or resize it depending on the raw file. You may look at certain websites who sell logos or helps you edit their stock designs for a small fee and that would be a good place to start.
No, the 70 lb paper Uncoated is the standard paper stock for letterheads.
Yes. We will follow what you have in your artwork. Just extend your artwork 1/8" outside of where you wish for us to cut so that the background will print right up to the edges. You also need to allow for a 1/8" safe zone inside of the trim line wherein you need to make sure all your design elements are placed so they may not be inadvertently cut off. We also need for your file to be vectorized and have a 300 PPI resolution for best printing quality.
